Scientific research indicates that people who act in similar ways have similar characteristics. The Organization Maze is a simulation that requires team members to move one at a time across a grid by finding the one and only safe path.  

Through trial and error, the participants must work together to discover the “correct” or “safe path.” The challenge is how to focus and learn, while the clock is ticking and many ‘managers’ are calling out conflicting solutions.

The Maze is effective for team building, communications and leadership development.
