ASSESSMENT TOOLS

DISC breaks observable human behavior into four categories: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. Scientific research indicates that people who act in similar ways have similar characteristics. An awareness of these characteristics improves mutual communication and understanding within the organization.

The results of the DISC assessment can provide valuable information that will enable an organization’s leaders to better appreciate the various behavioral styles so they can deal with each individual more effectively.

Disc also can Improve teamwork through a better understanding of what types of people work best together and an understanding of why some groups do not achieve anticipated results.

Herrmann Whole Brain® Thinking allows you to harness your teams’ thinking diversity for better results.

HBDI® teaches you how to communicate with those who think the same as you and those who think differently than you. Once an individual understands his or her thinking style preferences, the door is open to improved teamwork, leadership, customer relationships, creativity, problem solving, and other aspects of personal and interpersonal development.

We use a range of interactive team building exercises to create awareness around communications and problem solving.

The Organization Maze is a simulation that requires team members to move one at a time across a grid by finding the one and only safe path.

Through trial and error, the participants must work together to discover the “correct” or “safe path.” The challenge is how to focus and learn, while the clock is ticking and many ‘managers’ are calling out conflicting solutions.

The Maze is effective for team building, communications and leadership development.

We can administer a variety of assessments designed to support you and your organization in making wise decisions about the development and utilization of your most valuable resource – your people.
