We purchase mobile home parks, apartments, and self storage facilities with a very specific set of criteria. We focus on immediate cash flow for investors – while also maximizing equity growth through forced appreciation.
Manage
We have in-house management – with over 35 years of combined experience – working efficiently to increase income, decrease expenses, and manage tenant satisfaction. This helps drive Net Operating Income, and ultimately, investor returns.
Distribute
Although we anticipate large equity growth, we also know that regular cash flow is important. That’s why we process regular distributions — typically either monthly or quarterly depending on the offering.

Why Apartments?

Apartments boast a dependable income stream while providing multiple opportunities for forced appreciation, making them ideal CashGrowth™ properties. Predictable and strong demand positions apartments as a dependable asset class with strong returns for investors. Within this asset class, we typically target Class B/C apartments in great locations with a clear value-add plan, allowing for day-one cash flow while also maintaining the ability to force appreciation.
